Welcome to BeesOnHoliday. By using our website and checklist tool, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them short and readable, because nobody enjoys legalese before a holiday.

Using the service

BeesOnHoliday is a free tool for creating and saving travel packing checklists. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t misuse it — that includes attempting to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or use it to store unlawful content.

No account, no guarantees of permanence

Because we don’t use accounts, your checklist is tied to a save code. If you lose the code, we generally can’t recover the list for you. We also can’t guarantee that saved lists will be available forever, though we do our best to keep them safe.

Your content

Anything you add to a checklist remains yours. By saving it, you give us permission to store and display it back to you (and to anyone you share the code with) so the service can function.

Availability

We aim to keep BeesOnHoliday running smoothly, but we provide it “as is.” We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time, and we aren’t liable for any loss arising from downtime or data loss.

Limitation of liability

BeesOnHoliday is a packing aid, not professional travel advice. You’re responsible for what you actually pack and for meeting any travel requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll revise the date above when we do, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
